This hybrid belongs to the new generation of cultivars developed by ProfiGen. It combines an excellent package of resistances, high production potential, resulting into cured tobacco of high quality.
PVH2414 has a good number of leaves, excellent holding ability, easily managed and cured. It also stands out for its rusticity and adaptability to different types of soil and climate.
It is tolerant to bacterial wilt and resistant to PVY, TMV and to the root-knot nematode M. incognita races 1 and 3.
