This hybrid belongs to the new generation of Flue-cured cultivars with resistance to Black Root Rot (Thielaviopsis basicola), developed by ProfiGen.
PVH2356 stands out for its excellent resistance package, good yield potential. It´s moderately tolerant to Fusarium and nematodes Meloidogyne arenaria, is resistant to PVY, TMV, Black Shank race 0, to nematodes from the genus Globodera and M. incognita races 1 and 3.
Days to flower, size of leaves, curing, ripening and holding ability characteristics are similar to K326.
